1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid cycle.
2. Digital products
The digital book: a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the book is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full amount — no questions asked, even if you already downloaded the file.
Indicator licences activated on a trading account are handled case by case, since activation involves a third party.
3. Refund cases
We may grant a refund in cases such as duplicate charges or inability to deliver the service. For the book, a refund is guaranteed within 7 days with no reason required; for other cases, within 14 days: contact us.
4. Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (the exact timing is set by your card issuer once we issue the refund). Crypto payments may be delayed depending on the network.
